Andrew has 30 years experience in all areas of Commercial & Residential Real Estate. Andrew is licensed in both Tennessee and holds an active Broker's License in New York and specializes in NYC as well as the Greater Nashville area. Andrew is also a musician & has played drums for many bands both in the states and abroad.
Laura McDonald
Laura is the founder and Broker of New Castle Realty and has been in the Real Estate industry since 2012. Laura also has former Mortgage Broker experience and understands the financing end of real estate transactions from start to finish. She also holds Real Estate Broker licenses in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Wisconsin
Norm McDonald
Norm McDonald specializes in the Greater Nashville Area and also holds a Real Estate License in Palm Beach, Florida. Norm works in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate and goes the extra mile to get the job done right! Norm is also an ordained Minister and a singer/songwriter. Rumor has it that Norm has been dubbed the "nicest" songwriter in Nashville! Norm is married to Laura, the owner, and they work together to help clients reach their goals.

Casey McDonald
Meet Casey McDonald - New Castle Realty’s staff photographer. Casey’s background in professional real estate photography includes photographing homes in both Florida and Tennessee including still shots, video walkthroughs & aerial drone footage. Casey attended Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach Florida studying Photography as a major. Casey is a 2020 graduate of Watkins College of Art, Film, & Design in Nashville, Tennessee. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Film/Cinematography. Casey's understanding of staging, lighting, and presentation has resulted in both buyers and sellers praising Casey’s work. New Castle Realty is thrilled to have him as part of the team!
